I passed out in car, awoke in an ambulance long enough to give name and address. I went out again. I felt that I was floating on an inner tube on a sun lit lake, completely surrounded by the sparkling reflections - diamond-like. I had a true feeling of peace, contentment, happiness. Then I faintly heard my name being called and a slight sensation of pressure on my chest. Reluctantly I responded and awoke in a hospital emergency room and immediately went out again. This time I found myself in the apartment I was living in at the time, which was at least sixty miles from the hospital. I was observing my roommates in the living room from my vantage point on the end of the couch, laughing to myself, knowing I could see them but they couldn't see me. Again I heard my name and pressure on my chest, and again reluctantly returned to my body. Background Information:Gender: FemaleDate NDE Occurred: fall 1972NDE Elements:At the time of your experience, was there an associated life-threatening event?
