Experience Description I remember that it was a Sunday and we four friends were in a car. Unfortunately, the excessive speed of the car led us off the road and we hit a tree. I was in the rear, left passenger seat but was thrown onto the front dashboard and lost consciousness. During that time, I remember I wasn't feeling any pain. I saw a very white light, but it wasn't not dazzling. I felt like I was in a state of grace. I heard the voices of people that I also recognized, but I didn't respond because I was so relaxed. I wanted to stay in that state of peace and well-being. I saw a beautiful, white light getting closer and closer to me. I felt light, as if I were floating in the void. I was immersed peace, tranquility, and a wonderful well-being, all sensations that I have never felt again. I don't know how long I was in that state. But, I was told I was unconscious for about 45 to 50 minutes. The severe concussion I was diagnosed with explains why I don't know how or who I became when I woke up. It took me 6 or 7 days in the hospital to walk again without losing my balance.
