Experience Description

I was in a tunnel, and I could see a bright light at the end. I could also see the back of my mother in-law. Before I saw anything, I felt a hand on my chest. I heard, ‘It is not your time.’ The hand pushed me back in to my body.

The experience included: Out of body experience

Did you feel separated from your body? No I clearly left my body and existed outside it

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal everyday consciousness and alertness? More consciousness and alertness than normal I could sense that my time would be later, much later.

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness? As soon as I was in the tunnel.

Were your thoughts speeded up? Incredibly fast

Did time seem to speed up or slow down? Everything seemed to be happening at once; or time stopped or lost all meaning

Were your senses more vivid than usual? More vivid than usual
