I was in the middle of a heart attack and the medics took me to the nearest hospital (Community North) because it was the nearest medical facility. Unfortunately, it was not equipped to handle heart surgery. The doctors were trying to keep me calm, but there was not much they could do. I was in extreme pain from the MI and suddenly, a warmth overcame me and I felt a total calmness. When I was about to open a door at the end of a white hallway, an alarm brought me out of my bliss. I found out later that my blood pressure had bottomed out and the medical team gave me a boost of adrenalin and it brought me back to my pain. This sensation occurred about eight times over an eight-hour period. The nurses later said I was having episodes. A doctor happened to walk through and observed what was going on. He was from another Community Hospital and was able to administer a drug that helped to stabilize me until they could move me to another hospital where they did heart angioplasty. I have not had a problem since, but my belief in life everlasting is a part of me. I know there is life after death.
