Experience Description I was involved in a car accident that in a less than a split second took everything from me. On January 6, 2012, I caused a car crash that changed me. I was in a coma for 2 weeks and in a vegetative state for 3 months. I recovered, meaning I became lucid, when I went through a surgery on my left foot because a nail was penetrating my flesh and a surgery couldn’t fix the infection. On February 28, 2012, I was moved to another city, Bucharest. There my brother and my sister stayed with me because I was only sleeping 30 minutes each night and I needed to be supervised. The repeated tomographies that I was given weekly caused me to develop throat cancer, which was subsequently cured. This medicine restricted me from taking any neurological treatment . I also developed a half paralysis on my right side, which in time I have managed to heal, though not completely. What made me write to you was that while I was in a coma, I met my father who passed away in 1999. He told me that he doesn’t want to take me with him because I will get better. When I started talking because my voice has also been affected, my sister said I had already told her about this meeting. I must specify that at that time I didn’t know I was sick, I didn’t know the current date, I didn’t know anything since I had just gotten out of a vegetative coma. My sister called my brother and I told him the same thing I had told her. They were stunned and couldn’t believe that my father didn’t want to take me there.
