I was hit by a car as a pedestrian. At the moment of being hit, it became surreal. I knew as the car hit my left leg that it was happening, but everything happened in slow motion. After hitting the windshield, I was thrown 65 feet and remember flying through the air. As I hit the pavement and started sliding, I felt I should leave my body. When my body came to a stop after sliding on the pavement, I 'popped' out of the body and continued upward beyond my control. I felt the body was 'no good' and accepted that I was 'moving on.' After experiencing a period of time that I was in complete darkness and only felt myself being pulled through buoyant barriers, I came upon an opening. I then was greeted by 5-10 golden 'orbs,' which I felt I knew. It was like a reunion. I felt the most joy and ecstasy I had ever felt when they greeted me. I knew them within. One orb approached me and showed me that I was the same. When it combined with me, I realized that I was also a golden orb. I was then pulled back, even more quickly than I had gotten to this other world; I was back in my body. I then heard a woman consoling me, telling me that I was going to be OK and that the paramedics were on their way.
