"While in a coma, I saw Paradise"

On July 8, 2020, in the midst of the pandemic and while I was on my way to work, I suddenly found myself in a tunnel. At first, this situation made me feel a bit disoriented and slightly frightened. My feet were buried in the earth, yet I felt compelled and willing to move forward. I kept walking; my steps and movements were very slow, as if in slow motion. I couldn't really tell how much time had passed. After what felt like five minutes, or perhaps five days, space and time ceased to exist as we know them on earth.

As I continued, my sensations began to change. I felt serene, happy, protected, loved, and embraced. I could go on endlessly describing the feelings, but words alone would not suffice to express the love I experienced.

Suddenly, deep in the tunnel, I saw a marvelous, embracing light. The light was not icy or dazzling, but warm and reassuring. This light seemed to be drawing me toward it with a rope. In an instant, the space around me transformed. I was no longer in the tunnel; I was immersed in the light. My first sights were filled with wonder at so much beauty and love. I found myself surrounded by a breathtaking nature with animals of all kinds—dogs, deer, caterpillars—joyfully running about.

I was encircled by butterflies guiding me, filling every instant with Happiness. In front of me, the sky was filled with clouds, as if they were painted. I saw, slightly to the right among the clouds, a gentle face with a white beard, white hair, and an imposing chest that made me feel welcomed and protected.

I was in His home, in His kingdom, the "Paradise" of our Lord, Father of us all.

I have written this account as testimony to the infinite love our God gives us. I share this as someone who, before July 8, 2020, had no connection with religion or the church.

I was accompanied by butterflies that guided me; the sound and vibrant music of their wings led me to the left. Suddenly, all the colors of nature—flowers, trees, plants, waterfalls, streams, fruits, animals, and my dear little butterflies—appeared in vivid, dazzling hues that are hard to describe in words.

Waterfalls, mountains, rivers, and water flowing freely to the left; I saw distant figures of people, and the feeling was unique and unbreakable—pure love and serenity.

At one point, I felt a hand on my chest gently pulling me back with love, tenderness, and protection. I heard the words of our Lord: "Raimondo, turn back; it is not your time.”

This was the most beautiful journey of my past and future, and it will forever be a part of me.
