Experience Description

I felt great suffering and was physically constrained. Then I was immersed in total darkness. I was suspended in a dark cone in which I was floating. I woke up climbing the cone and seeing the light again. Then I opened my eyes.

Did you feel separated from your body? No. I lost awareness of my body

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal everyday consciousness and alertness? Normal consciousness and alertness. It was like being a spectator.

Did time seem to speed up or slow down? Everything seemed to be happening at once; or time stopped or lost all meaning. Everything seemed in disarray.
