Experience Description I was working on my friend's car on the side of the road. The car fell off the jack and onto my chest and arms. I was trapped for about 90-120 seconds and lost consciousness after I was pulled out from under the car. I regained consciousness when my buddy slapped my face and gave me some water. During unconsciousness, I saw my life from when I was an infant with memories I didn't even know I had. I also saw 'future' memories of my kids grown up and my wife with another man. But I was completely at peace with death and spending eternity in heaven. There was almost an aura around my memories and visions. I specifically remember watching my two friends lift the car off of me and dragging me out from under it. I was life-flighted to the trauma center and spent 7 hours there. I had no issues immediately. Since then, I was diagnosed with acute stress syndrome, and then PTSD.
