Experience Description

Honestly, I have a really poor memory. As far as I remember, I had a small argument with my mother. I was frustrated by not being heard by anyone. I went into the bathroom, took my towel and rolled it. I pulled as hard as I could. Without even bothering about my losing or fluctuating breath I held the towel tight and firm. When I regained consciousness, I was resting my head beside the toilet seat. The water dripping from the tap beside it awakened me. I strongly believe I heard someone speak to me. I don't remember what he spoke or what I heard; but I was sure. He had a firm voice of an average man in his mid-40s, he had a high base: the voice still rings in my ears but the words unclear.

At the time of your experience, was there an associated life-threatening event? No Suicide attempt Other: Fell unconscious for about 15 min. When I woke up due to water sprinkling from a leaking tap.

Did you feel separated from your body? Yes As stated, I could hear a man saying something to me. I lost awareness of my body

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal everyday consciousness and alertness? More consciousness and alertness than normal When I awoke. I could hear every detail in the bathroom or surrounding sounds very clearly. It was as if I woke up from a hundred years of sleep.

Did time seem to speed up or slow down? Time seemed to go faster or slower than usual

Were your senses more vivid than usual? Incredibly more vivid

What is your religion now? Hindu Now I believe god as a form of energy.which is divided into 3 forms 1) creation(bramha) 2) maintenance(vishnu) 3) destroyer(maheshwara) All form of energy personified by giving names which are felt relevent by some logics followed by our ancistors.
