Experience Description

The first near death experience happened to me when I was age 21. I went to the hot springs and then my heart suddenly stopped. I had no heart-beat for 5 minutes. I woke up with help from people surrounding me. I saw the shadows of my grandparents and a little girl, whom I couldn't recognize who she was. I was in a completely dark place.

The second near death experience happened when I was age 28. I was meeting with my colleagues at McDonald's. I drank 5 cups of coffee, not thinking about my health. This caused me to have a heart attack. My heart was born abnormal. I passed out. Then I saw a bright light and heard beautiful music from heaven. Everything was shining like gold, even though I didn't know what it was. After I woke up, I was in the hospital already.

The third near death experience happened when I was age 32. I was walking with a foal in the horse ranch. The fool's legs accidentally kicked my chest. I couldn't breathe and my heart suddenly stopped. What I remembered was that I fell on the ground. Only a few seconds later, I saw myself in the sky and I flew as a balloon. At the same time, I was very confused about seeing my body lying on the grass. My colleagues tried to help me. I was happy and fearless because I saw the blue sky and clouds. I even could feel the breeze. I saw everything so clearly. I didn't even care if I was dead or alive. Around 5 seconds later, I started fall like an airplane crashing to the ground. I felt like I was buried in the deep ground. I tried to push away the soil and got out from the underground.

After I woke up, my colleagues told me that they thought I was dead because my heart stopped for more than 10 minutes. After the doctor checked on me, he told me that it was a miracle because my heart attack didn't affect my pregnancy - my baby was still alive. I am 52 now and my son just barely turned to 19. My daughter is almost 18 years old.

The second one, I drank too much coffee that caused a heart attack. The third one, I was accidently kicked by a foal in the horse veterinarian's ranch in California.

How do you consider the content of your experience? Entirely pleasant

Did you feel separated from your body? Yes I saw my colleagues running around and trying to help me. I clearly left my body and existed outside it

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal everyday consciousness and alertness? More consciousness and alertness than normal. My five senses are more sensitive. I feel my spirit as a glove covers my body. Sometimes I can sense unusual spirits around me.

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness? The third near death experience

Were your thoughts speeded up? Faster than usual

Did time seem to speed up or slow down? Time seemed to go faster or slower than usual. Everything was slow motion.

Were your senses More vivid than usual? Incredibly more vivid

Did you see an unearthly light? Yes The light was bright as shining gold and warm.

Did you seem to enter some other, unearthly world? Some unfamiliar and strange place The path was shining as gold, all plants were singing and waving.

What emotions did you feel during the experience? I felt calm and peaceful.

Did you have a feeling of peace or pleasantness? Incredible peace or pleasantness

Did you feel a sense of harmony or unity with the universe? I felt united or one with the world

Did you suddenly seem to understand everything? Everything about the universe. I felt I was not alone anymore.

Did scenes from your past come back to you? I remembered many past events. I remembered every detail when the accident happened.

Did scenes from the future come to you? Scenes from the world's future. I can sense an earthquake before it comes. I can sense some church friends while they passed away. I even got invited to join a party in the heavens by a formal pastor who was an Romanian while he just passed away.

Did you come to a border or point of no return? I came to a barrier that I was not permitted to cross; or was sent back against my will. I didn't want to come back because it was so beautiful. But someone sent me back to life.

What was your religion prior to your experience? Buddhist I was in the darkness when my spirit left my body.

Have your religious practices changed since your experience? Yes From none religion to Christian

What is your religion now? Christian- Protestant I saw lights, heard music from heaven, met my ancestors.

Did your experience include features consistent with your earthly beliefs? Content that was entirely consistent with the beliefs you had at the time of your experience

Did you have a change in your values and beliefs because of your experience? Yes I used to have serious depression, but now I feel happy every single day.

Did you seem to encounter a mystical being or presence, or hear an unidentifiable voice? I heard a voice I could not identify. I heard the music and singing was from the heavens.

Did you see deceased or religious spirits? I actually saw them

Did you encounter or become aware of any beings who previously lived on earth who are described by name in religions (for example: Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, etc.)? Uncertain I knew it was God.

During your experience, did you gain information about premortal existence? Yes I met some people were so familiar while my body was dead.

During your experience, did you gain information about universal connection or oneness? Yes I could sense a lot of spirits around.

During your experience, did you gain information about the existence of God? Yes I could sense I was not alone.
