I am looking forward to going back. I have not forgotten what the "experience" was like after nearly 16 years. It has actually brought me a lot of comfort about dying and what waits for us after death. I have shared this with many family members and friends and have been fortunate to be with some loved ones in the last two years when they passed. I encouraged them all to look for that light and don't be afraid to go to it. I am comforted knowing that I will join them someday.

I did not walk away from the experience thinking of Jesus as my savior, or that I wanted to go to church, or that church, and religion had anything to do with my experience. I do not unlike or un love Jesus, I just frankly was not told and no implication was made that Jesus wanted me to bow to him, or anything in that line. I do not go to church, save funerals, and weddings. I do not think that Jesus would want me to think of him as anything other than a loving spirit. I would like to follow him, not in a religion, but in a state of mind. I am not a Christian; I want no credit for that. But I see the wisdom of Buddha, and Jesus, and Gandhi, and others in their application of love to their life situations.

Three years later, the pain has not gone away. The second year however seemed to be the worst. I became so suicidal. All I wanted to do was to return to this place, this life that was so awesome, so love-filled, so joyous. My son, and later my daughter were the only things that made me go on. I was here for them. Today, only three years later I have accepted my return to earth, long to return to my after-life home, and struggle to find peace and happiness until my time here comes to its final end.

My guide came for me and took me to see two schoolmates that had died four years earlier. I was shocked to see them living. I asked the two boys why they were here because each was supposed to be dead. They explained to me that no one ever dies. The two boys were about the same age as I had last seen them on earth. Both appeared to be happy and content to be here.

That this place was my home and that everything came from there, seen and unseen. I really wanted to be there go there but I knew there were consequences if I cross the divide. My intuition during this entire experience was my only guide and yet I always felt that I had been there before anyway. Instinct told me if I cross the crevasse I could not come back. Yet this place called my every being. I wanted to go there very badly but I knew if I did I couldn't come back.
